1. Program Description

The Gust Countdown to Launch Messaging Program provides enrolled founders with automated SMS messages and automated voice calls designed to support accountability, reflection, and business development progress.

Messages may include:

• Daily reflection prompts

• Business strategy questions

• Follow-up questions

• Program participation reminders

Voice calls may include:

• Automated reflection prompts

• One follow-up question

• AI-generated summaries

Participation in messaging and voice calls is optional and not required for participation in the Gust Countdown to Launch program.

2. Opt-In

You opt in to receive SMS messages and automated voice calls by voluntarily providing your phone number during program onboarding after reviewing the program disclosure.

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive automated text messages and automated calls related to your participation in the program.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your engagement level and program participation.

You may receive:

• Up to 1 engagement per day (SMS or voice), unless you initiate additional communication.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

Gust Countdown to Launch is not responsible for carrier charges incurred by participating in this messaging program.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time:

• By texting STOP in response to any SMS message.

• By replying STOP during a voice call.

• By saying “stop” during an automated call.

After you send STOP, you will receive confirmation of your opt-out status and will no longer receive messages or calls unless you re-enroll.

7. Data Use

Audio recordings are stored temporarily (up to 7 days) and then deleted. Transcripts and structured summaries may be retained for program recordkeeping.

We do not sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes.

8. Supported Carriers

Messaging services are supported on most major U.S. carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be subject to carrier filtering or network issues.
